Terms and conditions
These terms cover your use of the imattajunior.com website and the iMatta Junior programme. By using this site, or by using the programme through a school or local authority arrangement, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
iMatta Junior is a whole-school mental-health and wellbeing programme for primary schools, delivered by iMatta Junior, part of imatta. Our registered office details and company number will be published here before the pilot opens.
What this site is
The public parts of imattajunior.com are for information and enquiries only. Nothing on this site constitutes clinical, medical, or legal advice. The parent support service is information and signposting only, not a substitute for a clinician. In an emergency, call 999.
Programme access
Access to the taught programme, teacher training, resources, and the parent portal is provided through a separate school licence agreement. Those arrangements are governed by the licence document signed by the school or local authority, not by these public terms.
Content on this site
All content on imattajunior.com is copyright iMatta Junior unless attributed otherwise. NHS and GOV.UK content used within the programme is reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0 with attribution.
Availability
We take care to keep the site online and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to update these terms; when we do, we will note the change date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
